Living in Mexico at the turn of the century, our CEO encountered countless brilliant individuals who were trapped by their circumstances. It wasn’t a lack of will that held them back, but a lack of opportunity. Given the chance, these remarkable people had the potential to change the world.

His wife, having spent her first 26 years in the Dominican Republic, witnessed these same challenges firsthand - an exorbitant number of individuals circumstantially imprisoned in the working class.

In 2019, while trying to scale an emerging startup, limited capital drove the need for cost-effective labor. Our CEO set out on a month-long search for highly skilled, yet affordable, professionals. After conducting over 100 interviews with overseas candidates, he made his first virtual assistant hire; a top-tier talent offering the same level of expertise as U.S.-based professionals, but at a fraction of the cost. Not to mention a near-native mastery of the English language.

Soon after, he was managing a team of 25 highly skilled, highly educated professionals from the Philippines. Despite their vast experience, many had previously taken on menial jobs with U.S. companies purely for better than local wages. However, these roles didn’t allow them to fully utilize their education or experience. He knew there had to be a way to connect these talented individuals with businesses that would value their expertise.
